Isobel Archer

Isobel is a Senior Researcher in the Labour Rights team of the Resource Centre, where she has worked since 2019. Having worked on migrant worker welfare in the Gulf ahead of the Qatar 2022 World Cup, Isobel now manages the Resource Centre’s global labour migration strategy, seeking to highlight migrant worker abuse in global supply chains. Isobel previously held roles at Shiva Foundation, Environmental Resources Management (ERM) and Ardea International where she focused on corporate disclosure, improving access to labour rights, and tackling human trafficking in the hotel, construction, and professional service sectors.
