Matthew Jarrett is a seasoned professional with over 27 years of experience in labour supply and recruitment modelling. In 2005, he founded Pro-Force, a leading recruitment agency specialising in seasonal labour and skilled worker placements for sectors such as agriculture, horticulture, driving, warehousing, and manufacturing.

Recognising the importance of ethical labour supply within UK agriculture, Matthew has played a key role in establishing Pro-Force as a trusted and reputable agency within the industry. His dedication to upholding the highest ethical standards has positioned him as a pioneer in the field.

Matthew has been actively involved in the setup of the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA) and is a founder member of the Association of Labour Providers, where he formerly sat on the member's council, demonstrating his dedication to protecting workers from exploitation and upholding the highest ethical practices.
