My name is Sudeep, a migrant worker from Nepal. Since 2008, I've been working in the Middle East, witnessing the vulnerable conditions faced by migrant workers, such as wage theft, unethical recruitment processes, long hours, and inadequate living conditions. Beyond my professional commitments, I volunteer with Shramik Sanjal, advocating for migrant workers' rights.
Through Shramik Sanjal, we unite, educate, and empower workers by organizing workshops, providing emergency support, and fostering community solidarity. Our efforts have improved many lives, empowering workers to stand up for their rights and receive fair treatment. I am dedicated to ensuring all migrant workers are treated with dignity and respect, and have safe, fair working and living conditions.
