Migrant Workers in Conflict-Affected Countries

A Session by Rakesh Ranjan and Vincent Bernard

About this Session

What role do migrant workers play in conflict-affected countries, in supply chains, and in security? What should companies consider in their heightened due diligence, when recruitmeng and employing workers and what actions should they take? This session will consider the experience of South Asian workers caught up in the Israel/Gaza conflict, and of recruitment and employment of migrant workers in private security companies in conflict-affected and high risk areas.
