Sumitha has 16 years of experience working on the ground with migrant workers and domestic workers' communities in Asia and bringing their perspectives and voices to conversations on migrants rights and protection.

I am Sudeep, a migrant worker from Nepal who has been working in the Middle East since 2008. Witnessing vulnerable conditions such as wage theft and unethical recruitment, I volunteer with Shramik Sanjal to advocate for migrant workers' rights.
